About the Role
If you can fill a CISO's calendar, we'll fill your bank account. This is the most lucrative BDM role in Indian cybersecurity — pure performance pay on top of a solid base. Every SQL you create, every SI you onboard, every deal that closes — you get paid. Top performers will out-earn traditional BDM roles by 3–4x.
What You'll Do
- Own LinkedIn outbound to 100+ CISOs/CTOs/security leaders per week — personalised, researched, high-conversion
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and hand off to FCAISOs for closing
- Onboard System Integrator partnerships — identify, pitch, and activate co-sell relationships
- Manage CRM pipeline with daily discipline: every touchpoint logged, every deal staged, every next action set
- Coordinate and execute content distribution: LinkedIn posts, mailers, event invitations
- Hit monthly targets: 5+ SQLs/month minimum, $200K+ pipeline contribution by Month 3
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years B2B sales or BDM experience (cybersecurity/IT services preferred)
- LinkedIn power user — 3,000+ connections, active poster, comfortable with Sales Navigator
- Proven outbound track record: 5%+ response rate on cold outreach
- CRM discipline — HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal English — you craft messages that get replies
- Hungry — you're motivated by commission and uncapped earning potential
