Job Title: Business Development Manager – AI
Location: Remote

About the Role
This role focuses on driving business growth in AI and Machine Learning domains by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships across industries.
Job Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities in AI, Machine Learning, Data Annotation, Data Labeling, NLP, and Computer Vision domains
Generate qualified leads and develop new clients in AI/ML companies, startups, and enterprises
Build strategic partnerships and business alliances with AI companies, research firms, and technology partners
Manage client communication, proposals, negotiations, and closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Handle client retention and account growth from existing clients
Develop new market segments and expansion strategies
Prepare proposals, costing, contracts, and business presentations
Work closely with operations and delivery teams for project execution
Generate process documents, sales reports, and improve sales workflows
Develop vendor partnerships and outsourcing partners where required
Represent the organization in industry events, conferences, and networking platforms

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Data Annotation, Data Labeling, NLP, Computer Vision
Experience in B2B services sales (IT/AI/Data services preferred)
Experience Required
3–5 years of Business Development experience in:
AI Company
Data Annotation / Data Labeling Company
IT Services Company
ML / NLP / Computer Vision Services Company
SaaS / Technology Services Company
Preferred Skills -
Experience in selling AI / Data / IT services internationally
Experience in LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
Experience in proposal writing and client presentations
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
