Role Description
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving B2B service sales, nurturing client relationships, and expanding business opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business leads, negotiating contracts, managing key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, requiring proactive collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Development strategies.
- Strong capabilities in Contract Negotiation, with an emphasis on favorable agreements for the organization.
- Experience in Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationship growth.
- Demonstrated sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Industry experience or familiarity with SMEs and B2B service markets is advantageous.
