Role: Growth Operations Manager – Data & Technology
Experience- 5-8 Years
Location- Mumbai
About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Operations Manager to join the Data & Technology team at Dentsu. In this role, you will be at the core of driving business growth by combining data, technology, and commercial strategy.
You’ll work closely with sales, product, and strategy teams to bring innovative data and adtech solutions to clients, helping them make smarter marketing decisions. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role that blends client engagement, solution selling, and strategic thinking.
What You’ll Be Doing
1) Driving Revenue & Solution Selling
2) Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from building pipelines to closing deals
3) Translate complex data and tech solutions into simple, value-driven client conversations
4) Work closely with sales and client teams to respond to RFPs and create strong proposals
5) Identify opportunities to upsell and grow existing client relationships
Adtech & Product Commercialisation
6) Lead conversations around Dentsu’s adtech solutions (programmatic, CTV, social, retail media, etc.)
7) Act as a subject matter expert, explaining product capabilities and differentiation
8)Collaborate with product teams to improve packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
9) Support internal teams with training and enablement to drive product adoption
Data & Clean Room Solutions
10) Help clients understand and leverage data clean room capabilities and first-party data strategies
11) Drive conversations around privacy-safe data collaboration, audience insights, and measurement
12) Build partnerships with platforms like Google, Meta, and Amazon
13) Connect technical data solutions to real business outcomes for clients
Strategic Operations & Collaboration
14) Maintain strong pipeline management and accurate sales forecasting
15) Ensure CRM hygiene and structured reporting
16) Collaborate across teams (sales, product, data science, and agencies)
17) Contribute to overall growth strategy and identify new opportunities in data and technology
What Success Looks Like
First 3 Months
1) Gain a strong understanding of Dentsu’s products, pricing, and market positioning
2) Build relationships with internal teams and start engaging with clients
3) Create an active pipeline of opportunities
4) Set up reporting and sales processes
At 6 Months
1)Convert pipeline into revenue with a few successful deal closures
2)Become a trusted partner for internal teams and clients
3)Drive adoption of products through training and enablement
4)Build momentum in data and clean room opportunities
At 12 Months
1)Deliver consistent revenue growth and build strong client relationships
2)Expand existing accounts while continuing to bring in new business
3)Be recognised as a key contributor to the Data & Technology growth strategy
4)Influence product and go-to-market decisions
