🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Drive new business opportunities in IT Staff Augmentation (C2C & C2H)
✔️ End-to-end sales cycle: Lead generation → Closure
✔️ Client acquisition via LinkedIn, email campaigns & outbound strategies
✔️ Build and maintain long-term client relationships
✔️ Collaborate with recruitment teams for seamless delivery
✔️ Market research & strategy planning for revenue growth
💼 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in Lead Generation & Direct Client Handling
✅ Strong expertise in LinkedIn hunting & cold outreach
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
✅ Good understanding of IT Staffing industry.
