Auxiliobits Technologies is a process automation and agentic AI company. We help mid-market and enterprise businesses eliminate manual back-office operations through RPA, AI-powered automation, and fully managed automation services built on UiPath, Azure AI, and AWS. Our clients are primarily in the US and we are now expanding our enterprise sales motion in India.
The Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to build and own our enterprise sales pipeline in India. This is a hunter role — you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new enterprise accounts for our UiPath professional services and managed automation offerings.
This role is ideal for someone who has already sold UiPath implementations, RPA engagements, or automation managed services to Indian enterprises and is looking to grow with a fast-moving, founder-led technology company.
What You Will Do
— Own end-to-end enterprise sales from prospecting to closure for UiPath professional services and managed automation contracts in India
— Build and manage a qualified pipeline of enterprise accounts across target verticals including BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, and shared services
— Develop and nurture relationships with CIOs, COOs, VP Operations, and IT heads at mid-market and enterprise organisations
— Work directly with the founder and delivery team to scope proposals, respond to RFPs, and structure commercial terms
— Represent Auxiliobits at industry events, UiPath ecosystem events, and client meetings
— Achieve quarterly pipeline and revenue targets
What We Are Looking For
— 4–8 years of B2B enterprise technology sales experience, with at least 2 years specifically selling UiPath, RPA, or intelligent automation solutions
— Proven track record of closing enterprise deals in India — demonstrable with references or verifiable results
— Strong existing network of CIO/CTO/COO level contacts in Indian enterprises
— Experience selling professional services or managed services engagements (not just software licenses)
— Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills
— Self-motivated, comfortable working in a lean startup environment without large presales or marketing support
— Based in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune — open to remote with travel
Nice to Have
— UiPath certifications (UiPath Certified Professional or similar)
— Prior experience at a UiPath partner organisation, system integrator, or IT services firm
— Familiarity with Azure AI, AWS, or intelligent document processing solutions
