We are looking for a Business Development Manager with US IT Staffing experience with SAP implementation partner, who can not only open client relationships but also confidently present and demo our SAP capabilities and services to implementation partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard SAP implementation partners and direct clients
- Generate new business opportunities for SAP staffing & project support
- Conduct introductory calls, capability presentations, and demos, Clearly explain: Our SAP consultant capabilities, Engagement models (W2 / C2C), Delivery approach and onboarding process
- Work closely with internal delivery & bench sales team
- Build long-term partnerships within the SAP ecosystem
Core Requirement (VERY IMPORTANT)
👉 Ability to present/demo SAP-related services to clients
Requirements
- 3–8 years in US IT Staffing Business Development
Experience working with:
- SAP clients OR
- SAP implementation partners
Strong understanding of:
- W2 / C2C hiring
- Vendor onboarding & client acquisition
Basic to intermediate understanding of SAP ecosystem and modules
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has done client-facing presentations or solution discussions
- Can act as a bridge between client and delivery team
- Understands both:
- Business side (BD, pipeline)
- Functional side (SAP basics)
