We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in US Healthcare Staffing to join our growing team in Mohali.

🕒 Shift: Night Shift (US EST)
💼 Experience: 4+ Years (US Staffing – preferably US Healthcare Staffing)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new clients in the US Healthcare Staffing market
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Generate new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline
• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
• Negotiate contracts and drive revenue growth
🔹 Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in Business Development within US Staffing
• Strong experience in US Healthcare Staffing clients acquisition
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue
