The Opportunity
ARDEM is an automation-first BPO transitioning the industry toward a people-in-the-loop model. We are seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager based in India to spearhead growth within our Financial Services vertical.
This role is designed for a sales professional who has mastered the art of global communication. If you have spent your career refining telecom clarity for US C-suite engagement and navigating the complex sales cycles of BPO competitors, this is your platform to scale.
What Youll Do
- Expand & Evangelize: Initially, you will take ownership of existing strategic accounts, identifying upsell opportunities by introducing ARDEM’s advanced automation and accounting solutions.
- High-Velocity Closing: As you demonstrate mastery of the ARDEM solution suite, you may be transitioned into a “Closer” role for high-intent inbound leads.
- Network Monetization: You will be asked to utilize your existing professional network within the US/International financial services and BPO sectors to create new entry points for ARDEM services via self-initiated outreach.
- C-Level Discovery: Lead deep-dive discovery calls with US-based stakeholders, translating complex financial pain points into automated workflow solutions.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with our New Jersey-based leadership and India-based developer teams to ensure the “Solution Design” promised in the sales cycle is delivered with 100% accuracy.
Who You Are
- The Communicator: You possess excellent verbal and written English skills. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of engaging US-based stakeholders with high linguistic clarity. We value professionals who have invested in trainings for exceptional oral communication for the North American Market and can maintain “Telecom Clarity” during complex financial negotiations.
- The Industry Veteran: You have 10+ years of experience in a BPO or Automation competitor specifically selling Finance & Accounting (F&A) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) services.
- The Hunter-Farmer Hybrid: You are equally comfortable “farming” an existing account for a 20% growth margin as you are “hunting” a new $1M contract.
- The Tech-Savvy Seller: You don’t just sell “heads”; you sell “solutions.” You understand how RPA and AI integrate into traditional accounting functions to drive ROI.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in a Tier 1 city (Gurgaon or Noida preferred) to ensure access to high-stability infrastructure.
- Experience: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas in the outsourcing sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business (MBA preferred).
- Availability: Ability to work US East Coast hours (EST) to facilitate real-time engagement with clients and US leadership.
- Certification: Voice & Accent Certified (preferred).
