We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Ultra Pure Water (UPW)

🔍 Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth in the Ultra Pure Water (UPW) segment, focusing on solar and semiconductor industries, while building strong stakeholder ecosystems and closing large-scale projects.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop high-value business opportunities in UPW segment
• Drive long-term growth strategy, market expansion & revenue targets
• Build relationships with EPCs, OEMs, consultants & industrial clients
• Manage complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure
• Collaborate with engineering teams for customized technical solutions
• Track market trends, competitor landscape & emerging opportunities
• Represent the organization at industry forums & client engagements
• Lead pipeline management, forecasting & strategic partnerships
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
• 10–20 years of experience in water treatment / EPC / industrial sales
• Strong exposure to Ultra Pure Water systems (must-have)
• Experience in Solar / Semiconductor projects preferred
• Proven track record in large project sales & stakeholder management
• Strong network within EPC contractors & industrial clients
• Engineering background (Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental); MBA is a plus
📍 Location: Pan India
⏳ Experience: 15+ years preferred
