Business Development Manager – U.S. Market
Role ObjectiveDrive business development and sales growth in the U.S. market by identifying, approaching, and developing relationships with licensed processors, cannabis brands, MSOs, co-packers, distributors, and strategic partners, with the objective of generating new business opportunities, building a strong B2B sales pipeline, and contributing to long-term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across target accounts.
- Build and manage a target list of cannabis brands, MSOs, co-packers, processors, and distributors.
- Conduct outbound sales through email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
- Initiate prospecting, secure meetings, and drive opportunities into commercial discussions.
- Coordinate product introductions, sample dispatches, and follow-through toward approvals.
- Convert approved opportunities into bulk orders and long-term contracts.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and progress opportunities toward closure.
- Support distributor and channel partnerships for market expansion.
- Maintain CRM, pipeline reporting, and regular sales activity updates.

Preferred Profile- Experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong outbound prospecting and account acquisition ability.
- Existing relationships in cannabis, packaging, manufacturing, or related sectors preferred.
- Ability to open new accounts and move opportunities toward closure.
- Experience selling into processors, MSOs, or cannabis operators preferred.
