We are hiring a dynamic Business Development Manager for our Solar vertical. The role focuses on generating new clients, building and managing business associates/channel partners, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in general insurance, loans, or banking sales, with strong networking and deal-closing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new clients for solar solutions (residential/commercial)
Develop and manage channel partners and business associates
Drive sales through partnerships and direct client acquisition
Handle end-to-end coordination from lead generation to closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Experience: 3–5 years in general insurance, loans, or banking sales
Strong network and relationship-building ability
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven and target-oriented
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month
