Job Description:
Act as an individual contributor responsible for driving business growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation within the assigned region or industry vertical.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through consultative selling and face-to-face/virtual meetings. Identify business challenges of SMEs and B2B organizations and offer performance marketing solutions focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and measurable ROI.
Present and demonstrate the value proposition of OneDot Media’s performance marketing services, helping businesses scale through data-driven campaigns, strategic advertising, and growth-focused marketing initiatives.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to understand client business objectives to deliver impactful growth solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field sales activities.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
- Offer tailored digital marketing, branding, website development, and technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Follow up systematically with prospects to ensure timely closure of deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain CRM records, proposals, and sales reports accurately.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients for long-term account growth.
- Resolve client queries promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital solutions.

Critical Skills of Suitable Candidates:
- Strong B2B sales and business development capabilities.

- Ability to understand client requirements and propose strategic solutions.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Passion for sales, relationship building, and business growth.
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, SEO, websites, and advertising solutions is an added advantage.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience: 1–3+ years in Business Development, B2B Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or Agency Sales.
- Industry Preference: Digital Marketing Agencies, IT Services, SaaS, Branding Agencies, Media, or Technology Solutions.
- Education: Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
