Role Description We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – Retail Health Insurance (Direct Sales)
Muthoot Risk Insurance & Broking Services (MRIBS) is expanding its Direct Sales team across Cochin, Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad.
If you're driven by targets, comfortable talking to people, and want to build a career in health insurance — this could be your next move.
What you'll do:
* Generate your own leads through field activity, corporate tie-ups, digital campaigns & referrals
* Cold call and follow up on leads from databases and self-sourced contacts
* Advise customers on the right health plan — family floater, top-up, senior citizen or critical illness cover
* Handle proposal forms, documentation and policy issuance end-to-end
* Support renewals, endorsements and claims to build lasting client relationships
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years in health insurance, BFSI or direct sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome too)
- Graduate in any stream; MBA or insurance diploma is a plus
- RDAI Health/Composite license preferred
- Prior exposure to broking, DSA or direct sales channels is an advantage
