Job Title: Business Development Manager – Recruitment (In-house)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our in-house recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key stakeholder relationships, and expanding the organization’s recruitment services portfolio. This is a fully remote role requiring strong ownership, communication, and client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and position tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, commercials, and service agreements with clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and virtual presentations.
- Ensure high levels of client retention through effective account management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a recruitment or staffing agency.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating revenue.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high accountability.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition lifecycle.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment agency environment.
- Exposure to multiple industry verticals (IT, Non-IT, BFSI, etc.).
- Established network of HR leaders and hiring managers is a plus.
- Familiarity with contract staffing, permanent hiring, and RPO models.
