- Proven experience working with Prime Vendors, MSPs, and System Integrators.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience in lead generation, account management, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
