We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development professional to lead the growth of our product portfolio, including Advanced Vita, in the Bangalore market.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about expanding market presence in the pharmaceutical / nutraceutical space.
Responsibilities
• Drive sales and business development for assigned products in the Bangalore region
• Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) and growth strategy for the product in Bangalore
• Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for the assigned territory or product line
• Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Build and manage relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels
• Conduct product presentations and engage with healthcare professionals
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure execution excellence and product availability
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales / business development
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong network with healthcare professionals in Bangalore is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-based role
Preferred Qualification
• Experience in launching or scaling new products in a region
• Exposure to supplements, wellness, or nutraceutical products
• Experience working with distributors and channel partners
