Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth across the North America market. This role is ideal for someone with strong international sales experience, particularly in the US/Canada region, who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the North America market (USA & Canada).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and delivery) to ensure seamless client onboarding and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Represent the company in client meetings, virtual demos, and presentations aligned with North American business hours.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Business Development / International Sales.
- Proven experience working with North America (US/Canada) markets is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- High level of professionalism and ability to engage with global clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, IT services, or agency background is a plus.
- Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Work Schedule & Setup
- Night shift: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (mandatory due to North America market alignment).
- Hybrid work model: Minimum 2 days/week from office; remaining days remote.
