We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong experience in furniture or interior sales to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves working closely with architects, interior designers, and end customers in the premium segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business through architects, interior designers, and direct clients
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Manage showroom/walk-in clients and convert leads into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and HNI clients
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable furniture/interior solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Market & Growth
- Identify new business opportunities in the interior/furniture segment
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in Furniture / Interior Sales (MANDATORY)
- Strong network with architects / interior designers preferred
- Proven track record in high-value sales / client handling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable and client-facing personality
