We are looking for a high-energy Business Development professional to help scale our Industrial Animation Studio globally.

• Product animations
• Process visualizations

• Trade show & sales presentation content
• Explainer videos for industrial products and systems
We work with global customers across HVAC, Industrial equipment, Process engineering, Clean energy, Manufacturing, Data Centers and Infrastructure sectors.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune for a Business Development Manager – Industrial Animation Solutions. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities globally, developing business strategies, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth. The role requires managing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
What we are looking for:
• Someone who understands B2B industrial sales
• Ability to engage with engineering, marketing, and product teams
• Experience selling creative/technical services, industrial software, engineering solutions, or digital content services
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to independently identify opportunities and close deals
• Comfortable handling international clients and outbound business development
• Understanding of technical products and industrial systems is a major advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify global leads
• Build relationships with OEMs, EPCs, manufacturers, and industrial solution providers
• Pitch animation and visualization solutions for technical products/processes
• Work closely with engineering and creative teams to scope projects
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to closure
• Develop strategic partnerships and long-term accounts
• Represent the company in exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings

• Able to convert complex engineering discussions into customer value
• Strong consultative selling approach
• Self-driven and capable of building a business vertical
