Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager – IIoT & Industrial Automation, based in Gurugram. In this role, you will identify and develop business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive sales in the fields of IIoT and industrial automation. Responsibilities also include creating strategic business plans, collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions, and staying updated on market trends. You will maintain a focus on creating comprehensive proposals and strategies to address client challenges while achieving corporate growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Sales Strategy within the IIoT and industrial automation sectors
- Technical knowledge of Industrial Communication Solutions such as Gateways, Protocol Conversions, and Free Band Wireless Connectivity
- Experience with Industrial Software Solutions, including Remote SCADA, Analytics Dashboards, Workflow Solutions, and Cloud-based services
- Familiarity with Industrial Automation tools, including PLC systems, robotic controllers, servo drives, and RFID systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client interaction and internal team collaboration
- Skilled in market analysis and identifying emerging trends within Industry 4.0 technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus
- Proven experience in project planning, management, and delivering revenue growth for complex industrial solutions
