About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially sharp Business Development Manager to lead institutional sales and account growth across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities. This is a high-impact, field-facing role for a seasoned professional who understands the healthcare procurement landscape and has a strong track record of building lasting relationships within hospital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full B2B sales cycle across multi-specialty hospitals, nursing homes, and government health facilities
- Build and nurture relationships with purchase committees, biomedical departments, hospital administrators, CMOs, and CFOs
- Identify and pursue institutional tenders, rate contracts, and empanelment opportunities
- Maintain a strong territory-wise pipeline and drive consistent revenue growth
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or health-tech
- Proven institutional or hospital sales background with deep understanding of healthcare procurement
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals involving purchase, clinical, and finance decision-makers
- Familiarity with tendering, GeM portal, or rate contracts preferred
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively
