Business Development Manager – GCC Partnerships (Staffing & Talent Solutions)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a high-performing Business Development / Sales professional with proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or RPO sales, specifically targeting Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections with GCC decision-makers and a demonstrated ability to open new accounts, close deals, and build long-term partnerships in the staffing and talent solutions space.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development- Identify and acquire new GCC clients for staffing and recruitment services
- Build relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Engineering Leaders, and Procurement Teams
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Account Management & Growth- Expand existing accounts by driving contract staffing, permanent hiring, and RPO opportunities
- Develop strategic, long-term partnerships with GCC stakeholders
Market Intelligence & Expansion- Track new GCC setups, expansions, and hiring trends in India
- Build and maintain a target list of GCC companies
Client Engagement- Understand client hiring challenges and offer customized staffing solutions
- Present RPO, managed services, and project-based hiring models
Revenue Ownership- Own and deliver on sales targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified opportunities
Required Skills & Experience- 8+ years of experience in staffing / recruitment / IT services sales
- Strong experience selling into GCCs or large enterprise clients
- Proven track record in closing staffing or recruitment deals
- Strong network with HR leaders and decision-makers
- Experience in contract staffing, permanent hiring, and RPO models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
