Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to accelerate our Global Expansion, build strategic partnerships, and drive client acquisition within the Forex ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across the Globe
- Identify and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, Sub-brokers, and Trading Educators
- Build strong relationships with HNI traders, trading communities, and local partners
- Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, webinars, seminars, and regional activations
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and support to partners to maximize trading volume and retention
Requirements
- 1–5+ years of experience in Forex, Stock Broking, or Financial Services Sales
- Strong network of IBs, Affiliates, or trading communities (preferable)
- Deep understanding of trading products (FX, Commodities, Indices, Crypto CFDs)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Target-driven mindset with a strong commercial acumen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
