Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Strategy: Identify new opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Manage end-to-end sales cycle and achieve revenue targets
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with national clients
- Proposals & Presentations: Deliver impactful proposals, presentations, and product demos
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align business goals
- Networking: Represent the company in industry events and business forums
- Reporting & Analysis: Track pipeline, performance, and provide insights
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Proven experience in ERP / CRM / SaaS / Software sales
- Experience handling national clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office
