Role Description
Location: Bangalore
Compensation: Industry-Leading Pay (Competitive Fixed Base + Performance Linked Variable Incentives)
You will drive cross-border pipeline growth and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Edge AI hardware/software solutions. Operating as a strategic outbound hunter, you will focus on mapping the Europe and/or USA markets, leveraging digital networking channels, and executing advanced remote outreach to unlock high-quality enterprise opportunities and accelerate initial deal cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. International Pipeline Generation & Market Mapping
· Drive the front-end B2B sales funnel across international markets, proactively mapping, targeting, and engaging US and/or European decision-makers through strategic LinkedIn, email, and digital outreach.
· Identify and qualify potential strategic partnerships with OEMs, system integrators, and device manufacturers.
· Possess Edge AI basic knowledge and concepts (local data processing, low latency, NPUs) to effectively articulate the business value proposition to prospective international engineering and product teams.
2. Discovery & Lead Qualification
· Own the initial stages of the sales cycle—from prospecting, cold engagement, and deep discovery calls to securing and scheduling Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations.
· Coordinate and lead introductory meetings with senior stakeholders and technical decision-makers to evangelize on-device AI capabilities.
3. Internal Collaboration
· Partner closely with internal technical and solution engineering teams to seamlessly hand off qualified leads, coordinate technical deep-dives, and configure customer-specific proposals.
· Manage and maintain clean pipeline tracking metrics to provide actionable international market feedback to leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive B2B sales or high-performing inside sales experience, explicitly within Product Engineering Services (PES), Embedded Systems and IoT in one or more of these domains – Semiconductor, Automotive, Transportation, Industrial automation, Medical devices
Technical Aptitude: Strong capability to grasp technical concepts (MCUs, Edge computing, IoT platforms) with a proven ability to confidently translate complex technical features into clear business outcomes.
Cross-Border Outbound Execution: Solid track record of hunting and opening new logos remotely from India, including managing complex outbound prospecting, navigating US/EU business hours, and professional communication nuances.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - Computer Science, Electronics, ECE with a strong affinity for deep tech.
Success Metrics:
Success in this role will be measured mainly by Revenue achieved with weightage and credit also given to outbound-to-meeting conversion rates, number of qualified PoCs/pilots initiated, cross-border pipeline velocity, and contributing to successful market entry in the US and European regions.
