Saara Creative Private Limited is a Bangalore-based outsourcing company operating a 20-seater professional BPO setup. We specialize in appointment setting, lead generation, and customer support for domestic and international clients (UK & US).
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore for the role of Business Development Manager – BPO (Domestic & International). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining robust client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth in the BPO sector. The role involves managing business proposals, leading negotiations, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery to domestic and international clients.
Qualifications
- Proven business development skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, negotiation, and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of BPO processes, customer lifecycle management, and operational support for domestic and international markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, complemented by an ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and utilizing data to formulate effective business strategies.
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and onboard domestic and international BPO clients
· Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold email, Upwork, and direct outreach
· Pitch per-seat, per-lead, and performance-based models
· Conduct Zoom/Google Meet sales calls
· Prepare proposals and close contracts
· Coordinate with operations team for smooth campaign launch
· Maintain CRM and daily reporting
Required Skills
· 2–5 years experience in BPO / IT services sales
· Experience dealing with UK/US clients preferred
· Strong email drafting and proposal writing skills
· Understanding of lead generation & appointment setting models
· Confident in negotiation and deal closing
· Fluent English (neutral accent preferred)
🔹 Compensation
· Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000
· Performance Incentive: Per client acquisition commission
