Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager – Bid Management, located in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, preparing and managing high-quality bid proposals, coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, and ensuring timely submission of proposals. The role also encompasses building strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and aligning solutions to meet their expectations. Additionally, you will oversee bid strategies, monitor market trends, and assist in the execution of business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Bid Management, Proposal Writing, and RFQ/RFP preparation
- Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Analysis
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity Solutions, including Data Protection, Zero Trust Networks, and Cloud Security
- Expertise in Project Management and cross-functional team coordination
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in on-site, collaborative environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA preferred
- Prior experience in the cybersecurity or IT services industry is a strong advantage
