Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly execution-driven individual who can manage lead generation, coordinate a small team, and build a consistent sales pipeline in a B2B manufacturing setup (bags/luggage industry).
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage B2B leads (LinkedIn, online platforms, databases)
- Handle and track daily outreach activities (calls, emails, messages)
- Manage a team of interns, telecaller, and field executive
- Maintain and organize lead data (Excel/CRM)
- Ensure daily, weekly sales targets are achieved
- Coordinate with founder for strategy and execution
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in B2B sales / lead generation
- Strong execution mindset (not just planning)
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, Excel, and CRM
- Ability to manage and push a team
