🔍 Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will manage the complete sales cycle—from identifying new opportunities to closing deals—while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in enterprise sales environments and strategic selling.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning
- Identify and develop new corporate and enterprise accounts
- Conduct product and solution presentations for prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure retention and business expansion
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and distributors for smooth sales operations
- Handle customer interactions professionally and address client needs effectively
- Promote a collaborative work culture with strong professional ethics
- Support and motivate team members to achieve shared goals
🧠 Must-Have Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Confidence in customer interaction and negotiation
⭐ Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to Cyber Security and/or IT Infrastructure solutions
🎯 Professional Attributes
- Proven ability to manage sales targets and revenue ownership
- Experience in the end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
- Ability to engage stakeholders across different organizational levels
- Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset
🎓 Educational Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing) / MMS (Marketing)
- BBA / BMS or equivalent qualification
📌 Experience
- 1 to 6 years
- Fresh MBA/MMS candidates (2019–2022 pass-outs) with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
