Aladinn Digital Solutions (also referred to as Aladinn Tech) is an authorized channel partner of Alibaba.com in India. The company supports Indian manufacturers and exporters in building and optimizing their presence on the global B2B marketplace.
About the Role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to onboard businesses onto the Alibaba platform. The role involves identifying potential clients, conducting meetings (online and in-person), and managing onboarding activity through the Alibaba CRM system.
This opportunity is open to freshers as well as candidates with prior sales experience who are interested in B2B business development and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with potential B2B clients for onboarding onto Alibaba
• Conduct meetings via Google Meet and in-person within Jaipur when required
• Explain platform benefits and onboarding process to business owners
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in Alibaba CRM
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve onboarding and acquisition targets
Candidate Requirements
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• 0–1 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, or business development preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable traveling within Jaipur for client meetings
• Access to a personal vehicle and laptop preferred for field coordination and reporting
• Ability to learn and manage structured CRM workflows
