What You’ll Do
This is a consultative sales role focused on IT services + AI solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales: prospecting → discovery → solutioning → closure
- Engage clients to understand business problems, not just requirements
- Convert needs into AI / data / integration-led solution proposals
- Sell both:
- Custom IT services (AI, data, integrations)
- Platform-led solutions
- Work closely with pre-sales and engineering to shape solutions
- Build relationships with CXOs and decision-makers
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Experience (Must Have)
- 3–7 years in B2B sales/business development
- Mandatory: Experience in IT services sales
- Track record of closing deals (mid-market or enterprise)
Core Capability (Critical)
- Ability to understand client problems and think in solutions
- Comfortable discussing:
- AI / GenAI use cases
- Data and automation workflows
- System integrations
- Strong consultative selling mindset (not transactional selling)
Skills
- Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation
- Ability to engage both business and tech stakeholders
- Basic understanding of AI/cloud / enterprise systems
Good to Have
- Experience in AI/analytics / digital transformation sales
- Exposure to US / Middle East markets
- MBA or equivalent
