The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts with good working knowledge in Embedded Hardware, Software and basic knowledge in embedded tools. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of B.E/B.Tech in Electronics/ Electrical (ECE, EEE,etc) /Instrumentation (I&C etc.) /Computer Science, M.Sc. (Physics/Applied Science) or equivalent from a reputed institution and a minimum of first class.
- MBA will be an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Experience.
Domain:
Aerospace, space and defence electronics Domain, at Bangalore/Chennai
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tools:
- Good understanding of tools for all phases of development of hardware (circuit, PCB and schematic) and software engineering life cycle including requirements, design, debugging and testing.
- Tools to manage business development - opportunity tracking
Process:
Good understanding of Hardware, embedded systems products, problems and solutioning.
Programming:
- Good understanding of microprocessor /microcontroller based mixed signal hardware design,
- Systems - Hardware and Software
- Good understanding of C, Firmware - Assembly programming for embedded platform, qualification standards of hardware.
Platform - Processors/Interfaces:
Good working knowledge of 8/16/32 bit microprocessors and /or microcontrollers
Others:
Client interaction, good communication and presentation skills. Understanding of markets, pitching, business development process, Interest in business development and marketing practices
