Business Development Executive / Manager – Banking Sales (AI LegalTech)

IndiaLaw LLP is a leading law firm leveraging AI-powered technology to simplify and accelerate Property Due Diligence and Title Search Reporting for banks and financial institutions. We are expanding our Banking Business Development team and are looking for a dynamic professional to drive client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire banks, housing finance companies (HFCs), and NBFCs as clients for our AI-powered legal due diligence platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in Legal, Credit, Retail Assets, Mortgage, and Vendor Management teams.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Generate new business through existing banking contacts and industry networking.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal legal and technology teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Track market trends and identify new business opportunities within the banking ecosystem.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Banking Sales, DSA, DSA Aggregator, Mortgage Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of the banking loan ecosystem.
- Existing relationships with banks, HFCs, or NBFCs will be a significant advantage.
- Experience interacting with banking decision-makers and enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings.
Preferred Background
Candidates from DSA/DSA Aggregators, home loan distribution companies, mortgage service providers, fintech firms, banking solution providers, or professionals with experience in selling products or services to banks will be preferred.
