- Experience working with India, Middle East & Europe requitement & bench sales
- Experience in the staffing firms at least 10+ years
- New Lead Generation and Sales experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to identify potential clients and establish sales opportunities
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
- A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
