Job Title: Business Development & Lead Generation InternLocation: Hybrid (3 days/week from office)
Duration: 3 Months (can be extended based on performance)
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month + Conversion-Based Commission
About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development & Lead Generation Intern to help expand our reach and build strong business relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, exploring new opportunities, and contributing to company growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate leads through various channels (online research, networking, outreach)
- Reach out to potential partners such as:
- Real estate brokers
- Property managers
- Interior designers
- Corporates and startups
- Initiate conversations via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Maintain and update lead database and CRM
- Assist in closing deals and partnerships
- Collaborate with the internal team for strategy and execution
Who Can Apply- Students or recent graduates from any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of sales/business development is a plus
- Comfortable with hybrid working (3 days from office)
