Dexcom Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development & Lead Generation Executive to drive business growth, build strategic client relationships, and generate qualified leads across domestic and international markets.
The role demands a proactive professional who can identify opportunities, nurture prospects, and contribute toward revenue expansion through consultative selling and digital outreach strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify new business opportunities across industries such as IT, Ecommerce, Healthcare, Real Estate, Hospitality, NGOs, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
- Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp communication, and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging industry trends.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and discovery calls with decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams for solution alignment.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
Lead Generation
- Generate qualified B2B leads through online and offline channels.
- Manage CRM and maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and sales updates.
- Execute lead nurturing campaigns to convert prospects into clients.
- Work on inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
- Maintain database hygiene and update client interactions regularly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign optimization and conversion improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Website Development, Mobile Applications, Ecommerce Solutions, Software Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Cloud Solutions.
- Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets under deadlines.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in software or IT services sales.
- Knowledge of international sales processes.
- Understanding of automation tools and digital transformation solutions.
- Familiarity with proposal drafting and client onboarding processes.
