Business owners today are using too many disconnected tools - billing, online ordering, customer data, offers, loyalty, delivery, reports, and more. UrbanDart brings all of this together into one simple, powerful platform. It is a product with real value. It solves real problems with proven happy clients. And it needs the right people to take it to the market.
What you will do:
- This is pure sales and customer-facing work. You will: Find leads. Speak to restaurant and retail business owners. Understand their problems. Show them the UrbanDart product. Close deals. Help customers get started. Stay in touch with customers after onboarding. Take feedback from customers and bring it back to the team. You will not be sitting behind a laptop all day pretending to be busy. You will be talking to people. You will be selling. You will be building trust. You will be helping customers succeed. Once you have the playbook ready, you will build "YOUR" team across cities in the world.
You may be experienced. You may be early in your career. You may even be a fresher. That does not matter.
What matters is:

What this role is NOT:
- This is not a 9-5 job.

Location:
- Location does not matter. But our HQ is in Hyderabad, and you will need to spend time here whenever required. You should be comfortable travelling, meeting customers, spending time with the team, and being where the action is.
