Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Lead with proven end-to-end sales experience in SaaS products to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and close high-value deals. This role requires strong communication skills, deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, and hands-on ownership of the complete sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire SaaS sales lifecycle: lead generation, qualification, demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Drive new business acquisition for Zudu AI’s Voice AI solutions across mid-market and enterprise clients
- Conduct product demos and clearly articulate Zudu AI’s value proposition to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Track sales metrics, maintain CRM hygiene, and provide accurate forecasts to leadership
- Stay updated on SaaS, AI, and Voice Automation market trends and competitor offerings
Required Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in AI, Voice, Automation, or B2B software products.
- Mandatory experience handling end-to-end sales in a SaaS product company
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, pricing models, and enterprise buying behavior
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Should be available for In-Office full time role in Chennai (Anna Nagar)
- Comfortable following a 6 day work week policy (Monday-Saturday)
