Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Lead - Media to drive growth for Think School's outbound initiatives. You will be responsible for driving brand collaborations, guest bookings, and overall business development to expand our impact and reach. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong industry connections, proven experience in client acquisition, and a passion for building meaningful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive outbound business development for Think School across brand collaborations, guest bookings, and strategic partnerships
• Identify, prospect, and secure brand collaboration opportunities
• Manage end-to-end guest outreach, negotiation, and scheduling for Think School platforms and events
• Develop and execute BD strategies to meet growth targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, managers, and industry stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end sales pitches — from strategy to presentation to closure
• Design impactful, insight-led proposals and partnership decks
• Negotiate commercials and close high-value deals profitably
• Collaborate with internal content, marketing, and operations teams to deliver successful partnerships
• Stay updated with industry trends, brand movements, and emerging collaboration opportunities
Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Brand Collaborations
• Proven experience in brand tie-ups, collaborations, and/or guest management
• Strong network within media, digital, entertainment, education, or creator ecosystems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
• Ability to juggle multiple deals, manage stakeholders, and meet targets consistently
• Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset
