We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Strategic Business Development Manager to lead new business growth and build long-term strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in enterprise sales across SaaS, IT Services, Digital Marketing, and Staffing Solutions, along with a deep understanding of technology-driven offerings such as AI, Cloud, Digital Engineering, and Data Platforms.
You will play a critical role in expanding market presence, acquiring enterprise clients, and driving revenue growth through a consultative and strategic selling approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify, engage, and acquire new enterprise clients across industries for SaaS, IT services, digital marketing, and staffing solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
- Generate qualified leads through networking, industry events, partnerships, and digital outreach
- Drive consultative selling by collaborating with solution architects, delivery, and marketing teams
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Establish and grow strategic alliances and partnerships to expand service offerings and market reach
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports
- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client meetings
Key Skills & Competencies (Mandatory)
- Proven expertise in enterprise sales across SaaS, IT Services, Digital Marketing, and Staffing Solutions
- Strong understanding of AI, Cloud, Digital Engineering, and Data-driven solutions
- Demonstrated ability in strategic account management and consultative selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong experience in building and influencing C-level relationships
- Ability to manage complex deals and long sales cycles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and market intelligence capabilities
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Strategy (preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within SaaS, IT Services, Digital Marketing, or Staffing/Consulting firms
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
