We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Strategic Business Development Manager to lead new business growth and build long-term strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in enterprise sales and a deep understanding of technology-driven solutions such as AI, Cloud, Digital Engineering, and Data platforms.
You will play a key role in expanding market presence, acquiring enterprise clients, and driving revenue growth through consultative and strategic selling approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue growth targets
- Identify, engage, and acquire new enterprise clients across key industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders
- Generate qualified leads through networking, industry events, partnerships, and digital outreach
- Collaborate with solution architects, delivery, and marketing teams to craft tailored solutions
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Establish strategic alliances and partnerships to expand business opportunities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth areas
- Maintain and report on sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client meetings

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Strategy (preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within IT services or technology consulting
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue and growth targets
