🚨 We’re Hiring: Business Development Lead (B2B | FMCG / Food Industry)
📍 Location: Bangalore |💼 Experience: 5+ Years
We’re growing at Crave by Leena — a premium Bangalore-based patisserie known for 100% eggless, clean-ingredient cakes & desserts.
We’re now expanding our B2B & corporate gifting + HORECA partnerships, and looking for a high-energy Business Development professional to drive this growth.
💼 What you’ll do:
• Drive B2B sales end-to-end (lead gen → closure)
• Build corporate & HORECA partnerships
• Use tools like Apollo / ZoomInfo / CRM for pipeline growth
• Negotiate deals & manage long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years in FMCG / F&B / QSR / Food tech sales
• Strong corporate & HORECA network
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Strong Excel & pipeline management
• Bonus: Experience with AI sales tools
💰 Compensation:
₹30,000–₹35,000 + up to ₹20,000 incentives
