Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Lead
- Prior experience in IT services, software development companies, or design agencies
- Strong understanding of software services business and global markets
- Experience handling complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to schedule and manage client meetings, calls, and presentations
- Comfortable representing the company at conferences and industry events
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or equivalent
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across global markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to deal closure
- Develop customised outreach and follow-up strategies for target accounts
- Collaborate closely with leadership on business growth initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate discovery calls, presentations, and client meetings
- Represent the company at networking events and tech conferences
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to align client requirements
