Roles and requirements
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Lead – (DaaS) based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and generating leads for new business opportunities in the Drone as a Service sector. The Business Development Lead will conduct market research, develop strategies to enhance revenue, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs. The individual will also collaborate with the technical team to align customer requirements with the company’s offerings while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Build network within the fertilizer, pesticides and contract farming industry.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess business opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and qualify growth opportunities.
- Customer Service expertise to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage projects and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or technology-driven industries is advantageous.
- Knowledge of drone technologies, or the agriculture sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
