About the Role
Weβre looking for a Business Development Lead β Institution Partnerships who will own and scale our college onboarding pipeline across India.
This is a high-ownership, on-ground role involving travel, relationship building, and deal closures with admissions and leadership teams at top institutes.

What Youβll Own
- Build and manage the end-to-end college onboarding pipeline
(prospecting β meetings β demo β commercials β MoU β onboarding)
- Drive on-ground stakeholder alignment with Admissions, Marketing & Leadership teams
- Act as the single point of contact for partner institutions
- Work closely with tech/product teams on:
- Requirements gathering
- CRM integrations
- UAT & go-live readiness
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene: pipeline tracking, follow-ups, forecasting
- Shape and communicate the partner value proposition
(better leads, higher application completion, analytics, reduced drop-offs)
- Capture partner feedback and translate it into clear product insights
What Success Looks Like
- A strong, active pipeline with consistent weekly outreach & meetings
- Multiple colleges moving from discussion β agreement β onboarding β live
- Creation of standard onboarding frameworks (pitch decks, FAQs, checklists, pricing templates)
- Early partner success stories and repeatable onboarding playbooks
Must-Have
- 2β3 years of experience in:
- Institution partnerships / Higher-ed BD / EdTech
- Proven ability to close B2B deals (preferably with colleges/institutes)
- Strong negotiation, communication & follow-up discipline
- Experience working cross-functionally with product/tech teams
Nice to Have
- Existing network with MBA colleges or admissions teams
- Experience in EdTech platforms, marketplaces, or CRM ecosystems
- Understanding of admissions cycles & conversion funnels
- Based in Delhi NCR (preferred)
