Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kurla for a Business Development / Key Relationship Manager. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and developing key client relationships to foster business growth. The role also involves managing client interactions, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals. The Manager will play a vital role in securing partnerships and expanding the bank's presence in the market.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Excellent Analytical Skills to identify patterns, evaluate data, and drive informed decision-making
- Proven ability to manage client accounts, negotiate deals, and close agreements effectively
- Self-starter with a results-driven approach and a strong work ethic
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus
