Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Junior Executive, based in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include proactively identifying and generating leads, managing client relationships, planning and executing strategies to acquire new business, and ensuring high client satisfaction. The role also involves developing and maintaining accounts, conducting market research, and collaborating with the creative and production teams to meet client objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Exceptional Business acumen and ability to analyze market trends
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, creative, and dynamic environment
- Experience in the media or marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Tentative etc: 15k-25k
- Immediate joinee preferable
- Previous agency experience is a plus.
