Role Overview
We are selling a new category to buyers who have never bought it before.
This is not just lead generation.
It is education, trust-building, and qualification happening at the same time.
You will be the first point of contact for companies that might one day run their decisions through DecisionX.
How you show up in that first interaction defines everything that follows.
What You’ll Work On
- Build and maintain targeted lead lists across Indian D2C, FMCG, pharma, and BFSI With an ICP lens — not a volume game)
- Conduct outreach via calls and email
- Ensure first contact reflects a real understanding of their business context
- Own the relationship from first touch to qualified opportunity
- You are a thought partner in their buying process — not just a handoff
- Maintain clean pipeline and CRM hygiene
- Contribute to building a forecast grounded in reality
- Surface patterns from prospect conversations
- What questions repeat, what objections persist, what triggers genuine interest
- Research strategic accounts before outreach
- Understand org structure, decision-makers, evaluation criteria, and timing signals
What We’re Looking For
- You are genuinely curious about how businesses make decisions, Not just how to book meetings
- Comfortable speaking with senior leaders who have limited time and low tolerance for generic pitches
- You treat rejection as information, not failure
- You can hold a substantive conversation about organisational complexity without relying on scripts
- Prior exposure to cold outreach, CRM workflows, or research-driven prospecting is a plus
- Strong interest in building a career in enterprise B2B sales or strategy consulting.
- MBA / BTech/ BE from a reputed School is a bonus.
