Roles & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Intern, you will:
- Identify and connect with potential business customers.
- Reach out to business owners through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain the benefits of our SaaS products.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and activity targets.
Who Can Apply?
We're looking for candidates who are:
- Students or recent graduates (any discipline)
- Excellent communicators in English, Hindi, or regional languages
- Confident speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Passionate about building a career in Sales & Business Development
Compensation
- Performance-based compensation model.
- Attractive incentives and commissions on every successful sale from the beginning of the internship.
- From the second month onwards, interns who demonstrate consistent performance, professionalism, and meet assigned activity targets will be eligible for a fixed monthly stipend, in addition to performance-based incentives.
- Outstanding performers will be considered for a full-time Business Development Executive role.
